• 30 - 40 hours per week
• 10am - 6pm shifts
• 3 - 5 patients per week
• Primary care and obesity management focus
• Telehealth visits available
• 25 minute sessions with remote health monitoring collaboration
• 1+ years telehealth experience required
• Obesity and weight management experience preferred
