Customer Care Senior Representative

Responsibilities:

•    Establish customer contact by handling incoming calls and initiating follow up outbound calls.
•    Promote products and facilitates customer needs to utilize company’s products or services by adequately assessing customer qualification, thoroughly explaining product/services benefits, and assisting with facilitating physician communication as necessary.
•    Resolve customer concerns by providing appropriate information regarding products and services.
•    Record customer information and maintain database by obtaining, entering, and verifying required data.
•    Ensure quality service by following departmental and company policies, procedures, and standards as well as adhering to compliance policies, procedures, and standards
•    Facilitate sales process by communicating/sharing information with appropriate internal and external contacts.
•    Complete and ensure accurate validation of insurance benefits
•    Provide customer follow-up as required
•    Contribute to departmental objectives by accomplishing required contact and sales results and ability to track and report progress of sales results.
Requirements:
•    Experience in Customer Care, Retention, Inbound Sales, or Outbound Sales is preferred
•    An ability to build rapport with customers
•    An ability to navigate multiple computer systems
•    An ability to pronounce the 52 States of America and refer to guide to access abbreviations
•    An ability to work in a target-driven environment
•    Proficiency in Microsoft office programs and general computer operations
•    Ability to learn and follow basic direction on process
•    Must have mastery of the English language, both oral and written
•    Must be detail-oriented and organized to maintain accurate records
•    Must have the ability to focus and work quickly
•    Sense of urgency in reporting any concerns to immediate supervisor
•    High School diploma or equivalent required
•    1-2 years’ experience working in the medical field preferred
