Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified professional to join our Resource Float Pool team. This role requires experience in a Level I Trauma and large hospital setting and involves providing support across two campuses located in Tucson, AZ.

Key Responsibilities

• Float between various adult health units including Observation, Med Surg, PCU, and IMC at the Tucson campus.
• Provide care for adult health patients, including those in the Emergency Department (ED) and Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) as necessary.
• Adapt to care needs across different units, ensuring high levels of patient safety and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with medical staff to deliver comprehensive and timely patient care.
• Participate in continuous learning and improvement initiatives to enhance workflow and patient outcomes.

Work Environment

The Resource Float Pool operates across two campuses:

• Tucson Campus: A Level I Trauma facility with 625 beds, including multiple adult health units.
• South Campus: Located approximately a 10-minute drive from the Tucson campus, this Level IV Trauma facility has 245 beds and includes various adult health units.

Qualifications

• Experience in Level I Trauma and large hospital settings is required.
• Ability to work flexibly and adapt to different patient care environments.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
