Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 per year (or equivalent part-time compensation, negotiable based on experience and specialty certifications)

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Physical Therapist with a strong background in orthopedics and exercise prescription. This role is ideal for a clinician who thrives in a collaborative team environment and has a particular interest in spinal disorders, post-operative rehabilitation, and general orthopedic care.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide manual therapy, guided therapeutic exercise, and patient education
• Manage care for orthopedic and post-operative conditions, including spinal disorders
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Motivate and engage patients through effective communication
• Participate in clinic initiatives and contribute to performance goals

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
• Active or eligible Physical Therapy license in California
• Experience or strong interest in orthopedics and post-operative rehabilitation
• Strong clinical reasoning and patient care skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Compensation

• Competitive salary: $90,000 – $120,000 annually (prorated for part-time)
• Performance-based incentives available
