Job Summary Greet guests with a smile, take orders and payment quickly and accurately. Positions are available inside, outside (drive‑up), and for phone or catering orders. Key Responsibilities Greet guests, take orders and payments accurately. Take and prepare drive‑up, phone, and catering orders. Call out completed orders to guests, including rhyming callouts (#29, it’s time to dine!). Prepare food to high‑quality standards: Italian Beef, Burgers, Hot Dogs, Fries, salads, and more, following provided recipes. Follow Portillo’s sanitation practices and maintain a clean, sanitary workspace. Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies. Pay & Hours Base pay: $14 per hour. Overtime: $2 per hour for all hours worked after 11pm. Work outside: $2 per hour when temperatures are below 33°F.
