Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Manage a caseload of clients by creating strong therapeutic rapport while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries. \n
- Conduct regular client meetings to assess treatment progress, stability, and establish upcoming appointments. \n
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans that align with clients' goals and needs. \n
- Maintain thorough and up-to-date documentation, ensuring accurate and timely progress notes for each client session. \n
- Carry out intake assessments to evaluate client conditions and needs effectively. \n
- Facilitate individual therapy sessions tailored to the specific requirements and preferences of each client. \n
- Engage in regular individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and ensure the delivery of high-quality care. \n
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to integrate comprehensive care for clients. \n

Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required. \n
- Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) is mandatory. \n
- Ability to meet internal credentialing requirements in relevant clinical settings is expected. \n
- A minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations is preferred. \n
- Demonstrated capability in assessment, diagnosis, and providing individual and group therapy. \n
- Proficiency in using computer systems and basic keyboarding skills are essential for maintaining documentation and managing client records. \n

- Experience in school-based counseling or community mental health settings will be highly regarded. \n
- Familiarity with therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or play therapy is a plus. \n
- Previous involvement in collaborative care models with other healthcare professionals is advantageous. \n
