We're looking for someone with strong hands-on caregiving skills who can confidently work independently and adapt to different client environments and care needs.Required:At least 3 year of professional caregiving experience OR current CNA certificationPrevious hands-on experience providing personal care for bed-bound or mobility-dependent clientsAbility to safely assist with bathing, toileting, positioning, transfers, and other activities of daily livingValid driver's licenseReliable, insured transportationWillingness and ability to travel between client homes throughout Eagle River and the Mat-Su Valley with mileage reimbursementDependable attendance and strong communication skillsAbility to work independently while following an established plan of careAbility to use a smartphone for scheduling, timekeeping, and care documentationAbility to meet required employment health and safety screeningsPhysical RequirementsThis is a hands-on caregiving position.
