Hood Packaging Corporation is seeking an experienced Senior Customer Service Representative for our Arden Hills, MN location.

The Senior Customer Service Representative reports to the Customer Service Manager, Consumer Plastics Division Arden Hills. The Senior Customer Service Representative is responsible for interacting with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests as well as managing all internal processes related to customer orders. They will be responsible for providing back up to all other Customer Service Representatives along with the Customer Service Manager.
