Remote CRM Excellence Lead - Health Tech & Market Access

SetPoint Medical

SetPoint Medical is seeking a CRM Excellence Manager to lead the software infrastructure strategy supporting market access for its first neuroimmune modulation therapy in the US. This role will coordinate across market access, sales, and patient navigation to translate business needs into scalable technical capabilities. Based in a fast-paced startup environment, you will oversee vendor ecosystems, define KPIs, and ensure HIPAA-compliant data governance while enabling rapid execution and #J-18808-Ljbffr
