Job Title: Systems Engineer

Location: Greater South Haven/ Holland, Michigan

Pay Range: $70,000 - $100,000

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and engineering sector, is seeking a Systems Engineer to join their team. As a Systems Engineer, you will be part of the IT support department supporting various technical teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Design, implement, and maintain complex systems and infrastructure to support organizational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Develop and document system configurations, procedures, and policies to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and scalability.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices to continuously improve system capabilities.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience in systems engineering, network administration, or related technical roles.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, networking, and security protocols.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
