Purchasing AdministratorTerminal Supply is a leading national distributor and manufacturer serving the MRO and OEM industries with a focus on electrical products and wire harnesses. We are currently seeking a full-time Purchasing Administrator to join our team. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supporting our inventory management and purchasing processes.Order, process, and assist in maintaining stock for inventory at all locationsCoordinate material acquisition for special orders and internal harness productionMatch order acknowledgements with placed purchase orders to ensure accuracyManage vendor relationships to optimize delivery schedules and expedite shipmentsFollow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery and resolve any shipment issuesAssist in maintaining of costing systems while also reconciling any discrepanciesProvide shipment dates for all ordered items to facilitate scheduling and planningWork to maintain department goals and expectations set by Purchasing ManagementPrevious experience in purchasing, procurement, or a related field preferredProficiency with Microsoft OfficeStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to prioritize tasks and manage time efficientlyProficiency in processing information to make effective decisions
