Travel Cardiovascular ICU (CVICU) Registered Nurse in Florence, SC

Schedule/Hours:

• 12-week assignment
• Night shifts: 3x12s (7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.)
• Every other weekend required
• Holiday rotation applies

Desired Qualifications:

• Active SC or Compact RN license (in hand before start)
• Minimum 1 year of CVICU RN experience (2 years preferred)
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Demonstrated experience in both cardiac and neuro care
• Previous travel assignment required (first-time travelers not considered)

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional care to critically ill cardiovascular patients within an acute care setting
• Manage nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:2 with attention to detail and compassionate service
• Float to similar units as needed, aligning with facility workflows
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement evidence-based practices
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Epic charting system
• Adhere to high standards of patient safety, confidentiality, and team communication
