This contract role features a predictable, manageable schedule—one day per week—supporting a close-knit caseload of approximately 8 students in a school environment. Starting August 10, 2026, you’ll shape the well-being and academic experiences of learners from 7:45AM to 2:45PM, providing therapeutic expertise where it matters most.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Licensed Physical Therapist with experience in school or pediatric settings
• Ability to manage a small, focused student caseload
• Possession of a valid Medicaid NCI #
• Successful background check required
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Empathetic, collaborative, and flexible mindset

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized physical therapy plans for students
• Collaborate with teachers, occupational and speech therapists, and families to facilitate students’ full participation in school activities
• Maintain accurate records in line with Medicaid and school documentation standards
• Integrate therapeutic interventions during and outside classroom activities
• Participate in team meetings and IEP planning as needed
• Serve as an advocate for student mobility, access, and inclusion
