Salary: $125,000 $150,000+ DOE

We are seeking an experienced CPA Manager to join a well-established CPA firm with over 100 years of history. This is a great opportunity for a CPA professional looking for a long-term leadership role with a clear path to future partnership .

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop accounting professionals.
• Manage accounting and tax engagements from start to finish.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Oversee multiple projects and ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Transition and retain an established client portfolio.
• Support business development and firm growth.

Requirements:

• Active CPA designation required.
• 7 10+ years of public accounting experience.
• Previous CPA firm management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
• Tax and accounting expertise.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in future partnership.
