This position involves rigorous inspection processes, collaboration with various teams, and a commitment to continuous improvement to uphold the integrity of our products. Key Responsibilities Thoroughly examine incoming raw materials to verify compliance with established specifications and quality standards. Document and communicate material discrepancies to suppliers and internal stakeholders to facilitate timely resolutions. Conduct systematic and detailed inspections at various stages of the metal stamping process, including during setup and ongoing production runs. Utilize precision measurement tools, such as calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM), to assess dimensions, tolerances, and overall component integrity. Execute comprehensive evaluations on finished products, ensuring conformity to engineering specifications, customer requirements, and regulatory standards. Prepare and maintain detailed inspection reports, highlighting any non-conformities and recommending corrective actions as necessary. Perform functional, durability, and performance testing on products, if applicable, to guarantee they meet operational requirements. Why join us?
