HR Business Partner Department: Admin Employment Type: Full Time Location: Niles, MI Reporting To: Adam Kipfmiller Description Schedule : Exempt (salaried), min 40 hours per week | Monday - Friday

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration or equivalent experience
- Two years of team member relations experience
- Comprehensive understanding of labor laws and regulations, particularly in Michigan
- Strong conflict resolution, negotiation, and mediation skills
- Ability to balance the interests of multiple stakeholders and drive toward consensus
- Ability to build credibility, trust, and resilient relationships with team members of all levels
- Occasional travel for required meetings, training sessions, and other work-related events
- An advanced degree or HR certification
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification
