Staff Engineer - Data & Inference

B2B marketing platform delivering hyper-precise targeting through data B2B marketing runs on bloated lists and spray-and-pray outreach, burning budget on leads that never convert. This role builds the data and inference infrastructure to replace that guesswork with actual precision. You will architect the pipelines that synthesize massive enterprise datasets, pushing them through inference engines to pinpoint the right accounts at the exact right moment. What we’re looking for: 6 to 12 years of engineering experience, with deep expertise in data infrastructure and distributed systems Fluency in Python and NodeJS, with hands-on production experience running Spark and Kafka Proven ability to orchestrate complex workflows using Airflow within Kubernetes environments Comfortable building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for high-throughput data services Experience operating across the stack, with enough React familiarity to bridge data systems with frontend delivery Must be based in the United States.
