Pay: $43/hour
Hours: Monday- Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Length: 6- month contract

As a People Analytics Senior Analyst, you will serve as a vital connector between data and decision-making, partnering with HR leaders and business stakeholders to analyze workforce trends, develop impactful dashboards, and deliver insights that support organizational success. Your expertise will help build a culture where data informs every human resource initiative, ensuring your voice makes a real difference.

Must Haves:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Mathematics, Information Science, or a related field
  • Proven experience manipulating and analyzing data related to workforce metrics, with a strong understanding of core HR concepts and terminology
  • Hands-on proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau
  • Experience working with Human Capital Management (HCM) and HRIS systems, preferably SuccessFactors
Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Mathematics, Information Science, or a related field

  • Hands-on proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau

  • Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, meaningful insights for diverse audiences
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple analytic requests efficiently
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with a consultative approach
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience supporting workforce planning or HR analytics initiatives in large or mid-sized organizations
  • Exposure to predictive analytics, statistical modeling, or advanced HR analytics techniques
  • Familiarity with data governance, privacy, and compliance considerations related to employee data
Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degrees are a plus
  • 3+ years of experience in people analytics, HR analytics, or related roles in dynamic environments
Other Requirements:
  • Ability to occasionally visit our Cleveland, OH headquarters for meetings
  • Comfortable working remotely in a hybrid setup with flexible schedules
