GSU Student Worker Position- Business & Finance

Responsibilities File, scan, and organize financial documents in shared drives or physical archives Maintain office supplies and assist with inventory tracking Prepare outgoing mail and distribute incoming mail Assist with preparation and maintenance of Excel files as needed Assist the Purchasing Director with purchasing‑related tasks Assist Accounts Payable with tracking and organizing invoices Assist the Cashier’s Office with filing, scanning, and communications Assist P‑Card & Travel with logging master bank statements Direct individuals to the correct forms, policies, or staff contacts Perform other general office duties as assigned Qualifications 2.5 cumulative GPA (3.0 or higher preferred) Strong interpersonal communication skills Ability to maintain confidential student and financial information Reliability and punctuality Professional dress, behavior, and attitude Current enrollment as a GSU student Applicants must include a letter of interest, current resume/employment application, and names and contact information for at least three references.
