Construction Project Manager

InfraHire is hiring for Construction Project Manager in MA Serve as Project Manager for a general contracting firm with a focus on public construction projects. Oversee and manage all phases of projects, including municipal, school, fire station, police station, library, or similar public works. Ensure compliance with Chapter 149 regulations and requirements. Lead project teams, manage subcontractors and vendors, and coordinate all project activities. Interpret and utilize construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents. Apply strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills to address project challenges. Maintain project schedules, budgets, and deadlines with exceptional attention to detail. Negotiate contracts and maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members. Handle multiple priorities independently and work with minimal supervision. Utilize Procore and Microsoft Project for project management and reporting. Prepare regular progress reports and documentation as required. Travel as necessary to the West Roxbury office and various project sites, primarily in the Cape Cod and South Shore areas. Ensure all work is performed in accordance with company standards and client expectations. Foster a safe, productive, and collaborative work environment.
