Lowry Solutions is seeking an experienced Vice President of Sales & Marketing to lead our commercial growth strategy and drive revenue expansion across our technology, software, managed services, automation, RFID, mobility, and emerging AI solutions portfolio. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, this role reports directly to the President & CEO and is responsible for sales leadership, marketing strategy, business development, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's sales and marketing strategy.
• Achieve revenue, profitability, and growth objectives.
• Lead and develop high-performing sales and marketing teams.
• Drive new customer acquisition and expand strategic customer relationships.
• Oversee forecasting, pipeline management, and business planning.
• Strengthen Lowry Solutions' brand and market presence.
• Build strategic relationships with customers, technology partners, and industry leaders.

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience.
• 5+ years in a senior or executive leadership role.
• Proven success leading revenue-generating organizations and achieving growth objectives.
• Strong financial, forecasting, and business planning capabilities.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Preferred

• MBA or other advanced business degree.
• Experience in technology solutions, systems integration, managed services, software/SaaS, RFID, automation, mobility solutions, artificial intelligence, or related B2B technology industries.
• Experience scaling recurring-revenue or SaaS-based offerings.
• Experience developing strategic partnerships and channel programs.
