What You'll Do

• Deliver exceptional massage experiences tailored to each guest's individual needs.
• Perform relaxation, therapeutic, deep tissue, trigger point, and other massage techniques based on your training and expertise.
• Conduct thorough client consultations and customize each treatment accordingly.
• Educate guests on wellness, self-care, and treatment recommendations when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate client documentation and treatment notes.
• Create a clean, calm, and welcoming environment before, during, and after every service.
• Assist with checking guests in and out, processing payments, and supporting the overall guest experience when needed.
• Collaborate with our massage, esthetics, and integrative health teams to provide an elevated wellness experience.
• Continue developing your skills through ongoing education and professional growth.

What We're Looking For

• Active Florida Massage Therapy License.
• Professional, dependable, and guest-focused.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and massage techniques.
• Experience with deep tissue and trigger point therapy preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to build lasting relationships with guests.
• Comfortable working independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team.
• Passion for wellness and providing exceptional guest experiences.
• Interest in integrative wellness or advanced modalities is a plus.
