Job Description First PREMIER Bank and PREMIER Bankcard is hiring a call center associate in Sioux Falls, SD. The role involves answering inbound calls related to products and services, understanding policies and procedures, maintaining a professional phone presence while assisting customers with less than perfect credit, achieving high satisfaction on customer surveys, and participating in team meetings. Location Sioux Falls, SD Shift Options Full Time Monday-Friday 12:30pm-9:00pm, Every other Saturday 8:00am-4:30pm Full Time Monday-Friday 12:00pm-9:00pm, Every other Saturday 8:00am-4:30pm Part Time Monday-Friday 2pm-9pm, other Saturday 8:00am-4:30pm No Sundays Work Site This job is offered on-site in Sioux Falls. Employees must live within 50 miles of a PREMIER location or plan on relocating. Job Status Full-Time and Part-Time Pay Base wage starting at $17.25‑19.15/hr with opportunities to increase take‑home pay.
