Job Description

Are you a top-tier Solo Class A driver looking for maximum weekly cash? We are currently hiring experienced OTR drivers for high-mileage solo runs across the country. We keep our drivers moving with an average of 3,200 miles per week and a premium, flat mileage rate that guarantees massive weekly paychecks.

Solo Dry Van Average: $2,200 Weekly on average ($0.80 CPM)

Solo Reefer Average: $2,400 Weekly on average ($0.80 CPM)

Employment Type: 1099 Position

Payday: Every single Friday via Direct Deposit

Flexible Home Time Options

You take the truck home with you during your time off.
Option 1: 2 Weeks Out / 2 Days Off
Option 2: 3 Weeks Out / 4 Days Off
Option 3: 4 Weeks Out / 5 Days Off

Premium Equipment (2024 - 2027 Models)

No slip-seating. You will be assigned your own late-model, fully-loaded truck:
Models: Volvo 760 & 860 or Freightliner Cascadia
Transmission: Automatic
Driver Comforts: APUs, Power Inverters, Refrigerators, Microwaves, and a company Tablet included.

Additional Pay Protections & Bonuses

Layover Pay: $150
Dock Detention: $25/hour (starts after 2 hours)
Bonuses: Fuel Economy Incentives & Monthly "Driver of the Year" Bonuses.

Fast, 4-Hour Orientation

Timeline: 3 to 4 hours maximum (Monday through Thursday)
Logistics: Travel and lodging are 100% provided if needed.

Driver Requirements

Experience: Minimum 2 years holding your CDL-A with at least 1.5 years of verifiable OTR experience.
MVR: No more than 2 moving violations or 1 accident in the past 3 years.
Clean Record: No reckless driving, speeding 15+ MPH, or CMV seatbelt violations.
Medical: Valid Med Card with at least 3 months remaining.
