Build, coordinate, and lead a distributed team of instructors, mentors, and operational support staff to deliver high‑quality learning experiences. Drive student enrollment growth, engagement, retention, and measurable business outcomes through structured program improvements and initiatives. Develop scalable systems, workflows, and operational processes to support the academy’s expansion into new markets and geographies. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), generate insights, and implement data‑driven improvements aligned with strategic objectives. Align academy strategy and execution with broader business vision while ensuring efficient day‑to‑day delivery of programs and initiatives. Requirements Proven experience in Project Management or Product Management, ideally within EdTech, SaaS, business training, or digital learning environments. Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to manage, motivate, and scale remote or distributed teams effectively. Entrepreneurial mindset with experience or strong interest in building and scaling digital products or business education programs. Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills in fast‑paced, evolving environments. Ability to design structured processes, manage multiple priorities, and drive execution from concept to delivery.
