What You'll Do:

• Deliver patient care utilizing the nursing process in the operating room setting
• Assist in preoperative assessments and preparation of patients for surgery
• Maintain sterile and aseptic techniques during procedures
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
• Monitor patient vitals and respond to changing conditions during surgeries
• Document care and assist with post-operative recovery activities
• Support adherence to hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory compliance

What You Need:

• Current RN license in Louisiana
• BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
• At least 2 years of surgical or OR nursing experience
• Strong organizational and delegation skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills
