We are seeking a skilled Bail Attorney to join our team and provide legal guidance to clients while working closely with our bail bonds staff.

Job Summary:
The Bail Attorney will provide legal representation and consultation for clients involved in bail proceedings. This role requires strong knowledge of criminal law, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to advocate effectively on behalf of clients. The attorney will work directly with clients, judges, and court staff to facilitate timely release from custody while ensuring all legal requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in bail hearings, arraignments, and other court proceedings.
• Review case details, assess risk, and advise clients on legal options.
• Collaborate with bail bonds agents to facilitate the release of clients.
• Draft and file necessary legal documents with the court.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local, state, and federal bail laws.
• Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and law enforcement agencies.
• Provide professional guidance and support to ensure compliance with all legal procedures.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active state bar license and in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in criminal defense or bail law preferred.
• Strong courtroom and negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
