About The Psychiatrist Role No required call Opportunity to treat children and adolescents Provide psychiatric assessment, psychotherapy, and ongoing medication management. Enthusiasm for supervising Advance Practice Providers (PMHNPs/PAs) About The Practice Locations throughout the state Full time with a flexible hybrid schedule Office based outpatient. Work with a multidisciplinary team of mental health clinicians who provide Medication Management, Psychotherapy, Interventional Treatments and Neuropsychiatric Testing. The compensation range for this role is $250,000 - $300,000. Actual compensation may vary based on licensure, experience, market-driven enhancements, and incentive opportunities available for this role. These ranges represent our current standard compensation practices and may be adjusted over time to remain competitive and aligned with organizational needs.
