Job Title: Ultrasound Tech- General

Location: Fortuna, CA 95540

Duration: 13 weeks

Schedule: Day Shift | 5x8 Hours (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of Ultrasound Technologist experience
• Current ARDMS certification
• Current BLS certification
• Experience with Epic charting system preferred
• Strong knowledge of ultrasound safety protocols and patient care standards

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive ultrasound examinations for adult, pediatric, neonatal, OB/GYN, vascular, abdominal, and small-parts imaging
• Conduct vascular studies including carotid, arterial, venous, duplex, Doppler, and aortic examinations
• Perform transvaginal, renal, bladder, prostate, ovarian, and uterine imaging studies
• ssist with ultrasound-guided diagnostic and interventional procedures as needed
• ccurately document findings and maintain patient records within the EMR
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• dhere to infection control, isolation precautions, and departmental policies

Preferred Experience

• OB/GYN imaging, including fetal anatomical surveys and multiple pregnancies
• Pediatric and neonatal ultrasound studies
• Vascular imaging and Doppler examinations
• Breast imaging and ultrasound-guided procedures
• Emergency Department imaging experience
• Experience in a hospital-based imaging environment
