Warehouse Manager

We're partnering with a growing manufacturing company in Macomb County that is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and order fulfillment activities.

This position oversees a team of 8-10 warehouse employees and plays a critical role in ensuring products are accurately received, organized, picked, packed, and prepared for shipment to customers. The Warehouse Manager works closely with Operations, Logistics, Production, and Shipping teams to maintain inventory accuracy, support customer delivery requirements, and drive overall warehouse performance.

Ideal candidates will bring:

• Experience leading warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, shipping, or inventory operations
• Previous supervisory or management experience
• Pick and pack experience within a warehouse or distribution environment
• Inventory control and inventory accuracy experience
• Experience coordinating outbound shipments and order fulfillment activities
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic material measurements
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Professional communication skills with the ability to hold employees accountable and drive results
• Hands-on leadership style with a willingness to be actively involved in daily operations
