CPT was devoted exclusively to the delivery of home care services until 1996, when we expanded to include outpatient services and skilled nursing facility staffing and management services. Community Physical Therapy (CPT) is hiring PRN Physical Therapists to provide coverage in our Skilled Nursing Facility setting. This is a great opportunity for PTs looking for flexible hours, additional income, and a supportive therapist-led environment.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois Physical Therapist license
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and use Net Health documentation system
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the therapy team
