Solar Appointment Setter (Field Sales) – Housebuildr Location: Local Market (In-Person) Compensation: Performance-Based | $80,000–$150,000+ Potential Schedule: Flexible Field Schedule (Set Days Required) Experience: No Experience Required (Paid Training) Benefits Company parties Competitive salary Flexible schedule Training & development What You’ll Do Canvas residential neighborhoods Start conversations with homeowners Educate homeowners on solar programs (no selling) Qualify interest and set appointments for licensed closers Follow Housebuildr scripts and daily execution standards Track activity and performance through company systems You are NOT closing deals. Your only goal is booked, qualified appointments.
