What You'll Do As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for: Operating production equipment safely and efficiently Monitoring machine performance and making basic adjustments Reading work instructions, production specifications, and blueprints Inspecting finished products with gauges and measuring tools Performing basic machine cleaning and preventative maintenance Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment Supporting production goals while ensuring quality standards Lifting materials weighing up to 40 pounds throughout the shift What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have: High School Diploma or GED Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred Ability to read work instructions and blueprints Basic math and measuring skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic Why Join Us in Auburn?
