Bilingual Recruiter

We're looking for a Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about connecting great people with meaningful careers. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted talent advisor, partnering with leaders across the business to attract and hire top talent for both professional and hourly positions. What You'll Do Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance. Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and workforce plans. Lead high-volume recruiting efforts across multiple locations and business lines. Source and engage candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, community events, trade organizations, referrals, and networking. Create talent pipelines for critical roles, including skilled trades, drivers, operations, and professional positions. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication and timely follow-up. Conduct phone and in‑person interviews and make hiring recommendations. Support internal mobility and career growth opportunities for current employees. Track recruiting activity, hiring metrics, and market trends to support business decisions. Ensure compliance with DOT requirements, employment laws, company policies, and hiring practices. Build relationships with schools, workforce agencies, industry associations, and community organizations to strengthen our employer brand. What We're Looking For Bilingual in Spanish and English (required). Experience in full‑cycle recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, or a related field. Experience supporting high‑volume hiring environments preferred. Construction, manufacturing, transportation, logistics, or industrial recruiting experience is a plus. Strong communication, relationship‑building, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering results in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Office, and recruiting technologies. Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record. Why Join Texas Materials?
