Job Description

The Production Assembler is responsible for assembly or adjustment tasks of a semi-repetitive nature, utilizing relatively simple or similar techniques with a variety of hand and simple power tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly tasks using hand and power tools.
• Adjust components as necessary to meet specifications.
• Read and comprehend blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Inspect and package assembled products.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Essential Skills

• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours a day.
• Competency in reading and understanding manuals, procedure guides, and assembly materials.
• Ability to read and comprehend blueprints and drawings.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• No prior manufacturing experience is needed.
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks.

Work Environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Teutopolis, IL.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
