This role supports licensed Physical Therapists by implementing treatment plans, guiding patients through therapeutic exercises, and monitoring progress during rehabilitation sessions. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting up treatment areas, assisting with manual and modality-based interventions as directed, documenting patient responses, and maintaining clear, timely records. The Physical Therapist Assistant will educate patients on home exercise programs, promote safe movement strategies, and communicate any changes in patient status to the supervising therapist. Collaboration with the clinical team, adherence to clinic protocols, and consistent delivery of patient-centered care are essential.\n\nQualifications\n\n Candidates should possess skills in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation to effectively implement treatment plans under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.\n Candidates should possess strong Patient Care and Quality Patient Care skills to ensure safe, compassionate, and effective clinical interactions.\n Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Orthopedics to assist with musculoskeletal conditions commonly treated in outpatient settings.\n Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program and current state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) in Arizona.\n Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to follow clinical instructions and work as part of a multidisciplinary team.\n Ability to perform physical job duties, manage time effectively, and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with clinic and regulatory standards.\n Prior outpatient or orthopedic experience is beneficial but not required; willingness to learn and participate in ongoing professional development is encouraged.\n
