Staff Management | SMX is hiring Warehouse Picker/Packers for our premier client, Callaway Golf - a global leader in sporting goods. This role is a great opportunity for long-term employment.

This role includes picking, packing, assembly, shipping, receiving, unloading, and other general labor based job duties.

Shifts: 1st Shift. Employment Types: Temp to Hire, Full Time. Pay Rate: $15.50 - $16.00 / hour.

Duties:

• Order picking with an RF Scanner, print and place labels to scan
• Perform general labor and support to multiple warehouse departments
• Required to lift (up to 60lbs) repetitively, sort, stack boxes and handle other general duties as assigned to receive or process orders for shipment
• Able to read, count accurately, and follow verbal and written directions in English for safety and training purposes
• Must be able to work as part of a team to achieve Distribution Center goals
• Able to stand and/or walk for the duration of 12 hour shift
• Warehouse is NOT a climate controlled facility
• Will be expected to cross-train in other departments within the warehouse

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Able to Lift 60 pounds.
• Required education: HS Diploma or GED.
