Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking Board-Certified Anesthesiologists for a locum tenens opportunity in St. Peters, MO . This position offers a medical supervision model (not medically directed), diverse case exposure, and competitive compensation in a high-volume, well-supported practice.

Opportunity Details:

• Location: St. Peters, MO
• Contract Type: Anesthesiologist Locum Tenens
• Start Date: ASAP
• Shift Schedule:
  • Day Shift: Standard Operating Hours
  • Call Requirement: Beeper Call Rotation
  • Potential to Float to Additional Sites
• Practice Setting: Medical Supervision Model (Not Medically Directed)
• Facility Details:
  • 7 ORs & 2 GI Labs
  • 9,000 cases per year
  • 3 Physicians / 12.4 APCs
  • No OB, No Trauma
• EMR System: Epic

Case Types:

• High Volume: General Surgery, Orthopedics, Total Joints, Urology, Podiatry, Endoscopy, Pulmonary Procedures, Blocks, Healthy Pediatric ENT
• Additional Procedures:
  • Rare Sedation for MRI
  • Occasional TEE’s & Cardioversions
  • Endoscopy performed in a non-OR location (adjacent to OR)
• No Hearts, No Heads, No OB, No Major Trauma

Regional Blocks (Preferred but Not Required):

• Spinals
• Adductor Canal Blocks
• Interscalene Blocks
• CRNAs also perform blocks, so candidates who do not perform blocks will still be considered

Provider Requirements:

• Certification: Board-Certified Anesthesiologist
• Licensure: Active & Unrestricted MO State License & DEA
• Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
