Compensation $10/hr - For High School Students $10.5/hr - For High School Graduates Semi‑monthly payment. Direct deposit required. Full‑time and part‑time positions available. Availability Hourly position. Must be able to work a flexible schedule – camps are open 7 days/week, 5:50 am to 8:00 pm. Weekend and holiday work is required, but time off is permitted with two weeks advance notice. Camp Bow Wow Pearland is an independently owned and operated Camp Bow Wow franchise. About the Job A Camp Counselor assists with animal care, heavy cleaning and play yard monitoring. Primary Responsibilities Love dogs. Monitor dogs in the play yard. Maintain a clean environment. Feed, clean cabins and lift heavy items. Constantly walk and interact with dogs and team members. Maintain a safe environment. Provide excellent customer service. Manage schedules and appointments. Check in and out dogs. Remain active and attentive to dogs and pet parents at all times. Perform other duties as determined important to the operations of Camp Bow Wow Pearland, TX by the Franchise Owner Essential Skills Extremely energetic, outgoing, upbeat with a positive personality. Must be able to work at a fast pace, in a team environment, and have exceptional customer service skills. Love dogs – the noise, the hair, the messes, the smiles. Requirements At least 18 years or older. Be able to lift dog food and supplies. Constantly walk and/or stand entire shift.
