Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Night Shift | 12-Hour Shifts | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care across Med/Surg units, including Vent, Ortho, and General Medical Surgical populations
• Manage a patient assignment within a 1:9 nurse-to-patient ratio , supported by PCA Techs on the unit
• Utilize the EPIC electronic health records system for documentation and patient management
• Participate in weekend and holiday rotations as required
• May be asked to float within Med/Surg units as needed
• Adhere to facility dress code — navy blue scrubs required

Required Qualifications

• Active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS certification required
• COVID vaccination required
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• EPIC experience required
• Local candidates are welcome to apply

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience caring for ventilator-dependent patients
• Orthopedic nursing experience
• Comfort working in a high-acuity, fast-paced Med/Surg environment
