Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct remote assessments by meeting with clients to establish their mental health needs and identify symptoms or challenges they are facing. \n
- Develop tailored treatment plans that address each client's unique circumstances, setting realistic therapeutic goals while providing ongoing adjustments as needed. \n
- Facilitate regular counseling sessions, utilizing diverse therapeutic techniques to engage clients effectively and foster their personal growth. \n
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, referring clients to other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists or medical doctors, when further evaluation or medication management is necessary. \n
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, therapeutic interventions, and progress to comply with healthcare standards and regulations. \n
In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse population of clients, including those struggling with substance use disorders, anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and eating disorders. Your expertise will help empower clients of various backgrounds and ages, guiding them through various therapeutic modalities tailored to their specific needs.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is required. \n
- A valid and active state counseling license (LPC) in Texas. \n
- A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating competency in psychosocial assessments and treatment planning. \n
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and active listening skills to effectively connect with and support clients. \n

- Familiarity with telehealth counseling platforms and remote counseling methods. \n
- Experience working with specific population segments, including adolescents, veterans, or individuals with complex trauma histories. \n
- Proficiency in various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Motivational Interviewing. \n
The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
