Quality Assurance Technician

Duties:
record key data in the plant facility:
Raw Material
Daily Sanitation Standard Operationg Procedures
Critical Control pint
Pest control Records
Metal detection
Daily labeling log records
Pasteurizer temperature records
Perform daily pre-op inspections including swabing
perform daily sensory analysis of finished products
perform QA tests including PH, water activity, titrations, etc
Audit and update key product specifications

Qualifications:
Strong analytical skills
Fast paced environment
Work in cold temperatures
