Research Associate I

Providing coordination and support for research studies and evaluation projects, the full-time salaried Research Associate I will engage in data collection and analysis while working remotely within the Research and Evaluation Team. Key responsibilities Performs standardized research and evaluation activities, including developing project materials and coordinating data collection Conducts supervised data collection through surveys, interviews, and focus groups Contributes to analysis and reporting of quantitative and qualitative data under leadership supervision Required qualifications BA/BS in a related field Experience with data collection and analysis using standard software tools Experience providing coordination support on research or evaluation projects in academic, community, or government settings Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to follow established protocols and maintain accurate records
