We’re looking for a hands-on Service Technician who knows their way around electrical systems, hydraulics, and welding. You’ll be working on trash compactors, balers, and other recycling equipment—keeping them running safely and reliably.

If you can troubleshoot in the field, fix it right the first time, and aren’t afraid to get dirty, we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair electrical issues (12V, 24V, and 110V systems)

• Troubleshoot and fix hydraulic systems (pumps, valves, cylinders, hoses)

• Perform welding and fabrication repairs (Stick primarily)

• Repair and maintain trash compactors, balers, and related equipment

• Replace worn components and perform preventative maintenance

• Read wiring diagrams and hydraulic schematics

• Work in the shop and out in the field as needed

• Keep service paperwork accurate and up to date

• Follow safety procedures at all times

What We’re Looking For

• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills

• Solid understanding of hydraulic systems

• Welding experience (Stick required)

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work independently

• Valid driver’s license

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions

• Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
