Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments to gather information about clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources, ensuring a thorough understanding of their unique situations.
• Deliver tailored individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based treatment modalities, fostering trust and rapport with clients to facilitate their healing process.
• Utilize specific therapeutic approaches including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy to address various mental health issues effectively.
• Design and implement comprehensive treatment plans that encompass clear goals, targeted interventions, and measurable outcomes, collaborating closely with patients to ensure their input is valued.
• Actively participate in treatment team meetings to contribute to the development and evaluation of client-centered treatment strategies and adjust plans based on client progress.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
