We are only hiring in the States listed.\n\nEarn More While Building a Career in Specialty Construction\n\nCCS Group is seeking a hands-on, bilingual Traveling Construction Foreman to help lead crews performing specialized concrete repair, coatings, maintenance, and construction projects throughout the United States.\n\nThis is a year-round construction career for someone who is comfortable traveling, working alongside the crew, and helping lead demanding industrial projects. Unlike many construction employers, CCS Group does not routinely shut down or lay off crews during the winter.\n\nWhat the Opportunity Looks Like\n\n$28.00 to $36.00 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and certifications\nOvertime eligible\nEmployees typically average approximately 55 to 60 hours per week while on active projects, although hours vary based on project needs\n$2,000 sign-on bonus, paid $1,000 after 90 days and $1,000 after 180 days\n$25 per diem for qualifying workdays\nLodging paid, reserved, and managed by CCS\nTypical project rotations of approximately four to seven weeks, followed by approximately four to five days at home\nAdditional home time may be provided after longer assignments, depending on operational needs\nYear-round employment with no routine seasonal winter layoffs\nAnnual compensation reviews and potential pay increases\nPotential discretionary bonuses based on company and project profitability\nEmployer-supported training and certifications\nCareer advancement opportunities\n\nWhat Could That Mean in Earnings?\nActual hours and earnings vary by project, schedule, hourly rate, and overtime worked.\nFor example, a Foreman earning $30.00 per hour and working approximately 55 to 60 hours in a week could earn approximately:\n\n$1,875 to $2,100 gross per week\nApproximately $11,250 to $12,600 gross over a six-week project rotation\n\nThese examples are for illustration only and do not guarantee hours, overtime, project duration, or earnings.\n\nTravel and Project Schedule\nThis position requires nationwide travel and extended periods away from home. A typical project assignment lasts approximately four to seven weeks, followed by approximately four to five days at home. The exact rotation varies based on project duration, customer requirements, crew needs, and operational demands.\n\nEmployees working active projects typically average approximately 55 to 60 hours per week. Workdays and start and end times vary by project. Crews may work Monday through Saturday, and extended shifts, overtime, or schedule changes may be required based on weather, customer operations, deadlines, safety conditions, and other jobsite needs.\n\nThe assigned crew generally travels, works, and takes scheduled time off together. This is a working leadership position, meaning the Foreman leads by example and works alongside the crew.\n\nFluency in both English and Spanish is required because the Foreman must effectively communicate safety requirements, work assignments, training, performance expectations, and jobsite concerns to English-speaking and Spanish-speaking crew members.\n\nThe ideal candidate is an experienced construction professional who is bilingual (English/Spanish), ready to take the next step in leadership, communicates clearly, and can direct the crew when the Superintendent is unavailable.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nSupport the Superintendent in coordinating daily jobsite operations, including safety, crew assignments, project schedules, materials, equipment, quality, documentation, and project closeout.\nWork alongside the crew while providing hands-on direction, training, and support to complete assigned work safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements.\nCommunicate safety procedures, work assignments, training, project requirements, and performance expectations effectively in both English and Spanish.\nAssist with project pre-planning, safety meetings, hazard assessments, equipment inspections, and required jobsite safety documentation.\nReinforce CCS Group, customer, OSHA, MSHA, and jobsite safety requirements, and promptly report unsafe conditions, incidents, injuries, near misses, or equipment concerns.\nReview project scopes, engineered drawings, specifications, schedules, and related documents, and communicate applicable requirements and work assignments to the crew.\nMonitor daily work progress, quality, materials, equipment, and deadlines, and promptly communicate delays, shortages, staffing concerns, safety issues, or other project risks to the Superintendent or Operations Director.\nProvide leadership and direction to the crew when the Superintendent is unavailable, including assigning work, maintaining productivity, and reinforcing safety and quality expectations.\nPromote dependable attendance, teamwork, accountability, respectful communication, and compliance with company standards.\nAssist in training and developing crew members by demonstrating proper work methods, equipment use, safety procedures, and quality standards.\nParticipate in pre-job meetings, project mobilization and demobilization, trailer inventory, and preparation for upcoming assignments.\nCoordinate, inspect, and safeguard company-owned and rented tools, equipment, vehicles, trailers, materials, and jobsite inventory.\nMaintain an understanding of CCS Group’s services and identify potential repair, maintenance, or additional project needs for review by the Superintendent or company leadership.\nMaintain accurate safety, production, equipment, timekeeping, and project records as assigned.\nMaintain regular and dependable attendance throughout each project assignment.\n\nPhysical and Work Environment Requirements\nThis is a hands-on construction position with management responsibilities. The employee must be able to perform the following essential functions, with or without reasonable accommodation:\n\nInspect job sites and identify safety, equipment, material, and quality concerns.\nWork at heights exceeding 150 feet while properly using required fall-protection equipment.\nWork in confined or restricted spaces.\nClimb ladders, scaffolding, stairs, and industrial structures.\nFrequently stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, grip, and maintain balance.\nUse hand tools, power tools, construction equipment, and required personal protective equipment.\nWork in noisy, dusty, dirty, wet, hot, cold, windy, and changing weather conditions.\nRemain in a stationary position for portions of the workday when required.\nFrequently lift, carry, push, or pull equipment and materials weighing up to 80 pounds.\nOccasionally move equipment or materials weighing up to 125 pounds, independently or with appropriate team or mechanical assistance, depending on the task.\nWork extended shifts, overtime, Saturdays, and irregular hours based on project needs.\nTravel nationwide for assignments typically lasting four to seven weeks.\n\nReasonable accommodation may be provided to qualified individuals with disabilities as required by applicable law.\n\nWhat You Bring: (Minimum Qualifications)\n\nFluency in English and Spanish, including the ability to clearly communicate safety instructions, work assignments, training, employee concerns, and jobsite information in both languages.\nHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and relevant construction experience.\nAt least one year of experience in industrial, commercial, concrete, civil, agricultural, structural, masonry, millwright, shotcrete, nozzleman, carbon fiber, exterior painting, or specialty construction.\nAbility to perform hands-on construction work while guiding and supporting other crew members.\nKnowledge of jobsite safety practices, construction tools, equipment, materials, and work procedures.\nAbility to provide clear work direction, demonstrate proper work methods, and hold crew members accountable for safety, attendance, quality, and productivity.\nStrong leadership, communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.\nAbility to recognize jobsite concerns and promptly communicate them to the Superintendent or Operations Director.\nRegular and dependable attendance throughout extended project assignments.\nWillingness and ability to travel nationwide, work extended project rotations, and work the required Monday-through-Saturday schedule.\n\nBenefits\nCCS Group offers:\n\nHealth insurance- Company pays a maximum of $400 of the premium for the employee and dependents\nDental insurance- Company pays 100% of the premium for the employee and dependents\nVision insurance- Company pays 100% of the premium for the employee and dependents\nHealth savings account\n\nPaid time off: Accrued at 56 hours annually for the first 2 years, 80 for years 3-4, 120 for years 5-6, and 160 for 6+ years\n6 Paid Holidays\n\nPPE\nRetirement plan after 90 days of employment\n\n401K\nNo vesting schedule\nCompany match up to 4% with a 5% employee contribution\n\nPreferred But Not Required Qualifications and Certifications\nThe following qualifications are preferred but are not required at the time of hire.
