Hiring Welder/Fabricators (MIG & TIG)

Step into a modern, clean fabrication shop where your welding skill, craftsmanship, and attention to detail truly matter. We’re looking for experienced MIG and TIG Welders to join a growing team that builds high‑quality stainless‑steel components for custom conveyors, stairs, handrails, and other precision‑fabricated products. If you take pride in producing clean, accurate welds and enjoy working from detailed blueprints, this is a strong fit.

• Perform TIG welding on stainless‑steel components or MIG welding on structural steel with precision and consistency
• Interpret engineering blueprints and welding symbols to complete fabrication work to spec
• Measure and prep materials using tape measures, layout tools, and cutting equipment
• Support metal prep through cutting, grinding, and preparing materials for fabrication
• Operate fabrication tools including grinders, saws, brake presses, and related shop equipment
• Inspect welds and assemblies to ensure accuracy, quality, and adherence to project requirements
• Collaborate with shop teammates to maintain workflow and meet production deadlines
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area following all shop safety procedures

• Minimum 6 months of TIG welding experience in a professional setting
• Hands‑on experience welding stainless steel
• Ability to confidently read a tape measure
• Proficiency reading blueprints and welding symbols
• Experience using welding equipment and fabrication tools (grinders, saws, brake presses)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality work
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment

• First Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM or Second Shift: Monday– Friday 2:00PM – 10:30PM
• Overtime available depending on workload

• Clean, modern facility with both union and non‑union teammates

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Aurora, CO.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Aurora,CO.
