This position is currently hybrid-eligible, with the expectation of three days pre-assigned on-site attendance.

This role requires California residency and living within a 50-mile commute of our headquarters in Santa Ana.

This Credit Cards and Payments Product Strategist role is for a self-directed, analytical thinker who can turn insights into action and bring forward-thinking payments strategies to life.

What You’ll Do

Own and evolve our card portfolio strategy

• Lead development and optimization of credit and debit card programs (features, pricing, benefits)
• Anticipate payments trends and bring innovative solutions to market quickly
• Use data to uncover insights, drive performance, and improve interchange and portfolio growth
• Leverage new tools and technology, including AI, to elevate results

Drive enterprise impact

• Collaborate across teams to support growth in lending, business banking, and beyond
• Improve servicing models and empower teams with tools and insights

Influence with insight

• Stay ahead of industry trends and member expectations
• Use storytelling and data to influence leadership and shape strategy

Ensure operational excellence

• Streamline processes, improve efficiency, and maintain regulatory compliance
• Deliver initiatives that enhance performance, profitability, and member satisfaction

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in card services, payments, or product management (financial services preferred)
• Proven success driving product growth and innovation
• Strong data analysis and performance optimization skills
• Advanced PowerPoint and executive presentation abilities
• Experience working cross-functionally to implement solutions

• Final offers are based on qualifications, experience, and internal equity. The anticipated range for this role is $95k - $118k annually.
