Family Medicine Physician in West Palm Beach Florida - $30k Sign On Bonus

Conviva Senior Primary Care is seeking a Primary Care Physician for a position at our Conviva Lake Park Center in West Palm Beach Florida ! With total earnings up to $300k (inclusive of base salary and quality incentive pay) plus full benefits and sign-on bonus of $30,000.

A day in the life of a Conviva physician:

• Low daily patient volume. Opportunity to spend more time with patients
• Thrive in a value-base care model and improve patients' quality of life
• See a variety in your caseload, from preventative care to chronic conditions
• Spend 100% of your time clinically focused on direct patient care, inclusive of patient facing time and general administrative time (charting, meetings, etc.) as it relates to direct patient care

Your Accomplishments are Valued:

• Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine
• Board certified or Board certified in Geriatric Medicine, Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (We recognize the American Board of Physician Specialties (ABPS) Certification)
• Minimum of two to five years directly applicable experience preferred
• Current, unrestricted Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration
