Customer:Acknowledge all customers entering and exiting the store. Provide the highest quality of interactions with customers - be pleasant, friendly, and polite to everyone. Display an appreciation of our customers by thanking them in a meaningful and thoughtful manner. Respond quickly and respectfully to a customers complaint and notify the person in charge right away. Be respectful of the customer's property. Make appropriate suggestions to customers orders to increase satisfaction with suggestive selling techniques. Individual: Deliver food and beverages to either residential and/or commercial customers. Dispatch promptly to customers and return to the restaurant in the same manner. Personal stops are prohibited and follow the no rider clause.Ensure the customer's order is complete and of the highest quality possible before leaving the store.
